Is A Flight Club Right For Me? In the interest of reducing the cost of aviation, Tri-State Aero has developed a unique flight club, which we believe will offer aircraft rental and flight training at a reduced cost. The following advantages should be very attractive to the serious pilot. 1. Unscheduled Maintenance and AD’s Since a Tri-State Aero club member does not share in the aircraft ownership, the member will never be accessed for unexpected expenses. 2. No charge for upgrading aircraft Tri-State Aero will maintain and upgrade all aircraft as necessary. 3. Excellent selection of aircraft Currently, Tri-State Aero’s flightline consists of two Cessna 152s and two Cessna 172s available to the flight club at reduced rates. 4. Club Management Tri-State Aero will be independently responsible for club management. Club members can devote their leisure time to flying rather than complex financial decisions and maintenance headaches. 5. Flight instruction on staff Tri-State Aero provides an FAA approved flight school, plus professional flight instructors to satisfy your personal training needs. 6. Aircraft availability With four aircraft at the flight clubs disposal, there should be a minimal inconvenience scheduling flights.
To be eligible for the Tri-State Aero Flight Club you must be an individual of good character and in good standing with the aviation community. Initial membership will consist of a $50.00 non-refundable deposit, with monthly dues of $25.00 payable in one lump sum at the beginning of the calendar year or in $25.00 installments due by the 10th day of each month. |
